Apply for RFID cards

RFID cards can be used to access the Scottish Water Park & Recharge charge points. They are optional and cost £8. Our RFID cards are available from our Park & Recharge webshop where you will get the Scottish Water discounted rate by entering the coupon code "t2k7dk5q".

You will need to have Scottish Water email address to redeem the discount coupon. When you purchase remember to enter "Scottish Water" in the company field so we associate your card with your company network.

If you already have an existing RFID card (e.g. a ChargePlace Scotland card) you can register it with us for use on the Scottish Water workplace network and details of how to do this are available on page 16 of the user guide . Please note that linking an existing RFID card to your Park and Recharge account does not remove the need to top-up credit with Park and Recharge. It is simply a mechanism where we can use other RFID cards to work with Park and Recharge for starting and stopping sessions (so one less card for you to carry!). In the example of using a ChargePlace Scotland RFID card to link to Park and Recharge, there will be no connection to your ChargePlace Scotland account in any way.

This is a one off transaction for the administration of an RFID card. The use of the charge points is charged per kWh and is set by Scottish Water (currently 23p/kWh).
