Commercial fleet vehicle drivers will typically use RFID cards to access the charge points. SW fleet ChargePlace Scotland RFID cards have been configured to also work on all SW charge points
To start a charge:
1. Swipe your RFID card
2. Plug your charge cable into your vehicle
3. Plug your charge cable into the charge point
It will begin charging automatically, please check charging has commenced before leaving your vehicle.
To end a charge:
1. Swipe the RFID card* you used to begin the charge cycle.
2. Disconnect from the vehicle
3. Disconnect from the charger
*It must be the same card, or the charge point will not release your cable
All new Commercial EV's will be delivered with a charge card, if you lose or damage your card replacements can be obtained from the Scottish Water fleet team (electricvehicles@scottishwater.co.uk), please quote your registration name and delivery address, your old card will be cancelled and a new card will be issued.
Fleet drivers can use the Live Sites page on the info website to access more information about charge points. Here you can search for nearby charge points, check availbility, type, speed etc.
You can also find this information in the App.
Please log any issues with us via the ticket desk. If it is urgent, you can call us on 0333 577 0131and we will attempt to solve issues live, or advise you to the nearest operational unit.
Please include the charge point ID number in all correspondence so we know which unit has the issue. This number can be found on the sticker on the charge point.
Report it lost via the ticket desk or via our customer support team. The card will then be blocked, and will no longer provide access to your charge points.
Park & Recharge is a smart electric vehicle (EV) charging solution powered by Hubeleon. We provide the tools and platform to access, support and manage workplace charging. Park & Recharge have been contracted to support the Scottish Water Charging sites.

You can use this on your web browser. From here you can begin charging cycles, add credit to your account for PAYG charging stations, search for nearby charging stations and log any issues you are experiencing.
You can use either the app or an RFID card to access the charge points. If you would like an RFID card, you can request one via the website for a small fee. (RFID order page)
Alternatively, you can link an exisiting RFID card or compatible device to your account via the webapp.
